Smart Transaction Systems to Exhibit at Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show

Smart Transaction Systems (STS) will be exhibiting at the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show this Thursday through Saturday, September 6th through 8th. The show is located at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. STS will be hosting booth number 2135.

At the booth, attendees will learn about innovative stored-value technology and how new services are making it easier than ever for restaurants and hotels to compete. The team from STS will also be doing a product demo for Wilbur, a new offering from Smart Transactions that allows small businesses to create simple, text-to-join customer loyalty programs. Attendees will also be able to take advantage of special product giveaways and discounts.

On Saturday at 10:00 a.m., Ray Clopton, president and CEO of STS, will be presenting a talk about how to create a successful loyalty program. The talk, “Customer Loyalty Program Dos & Don’ts: Why You Should Ditch Big Data and Get Back to the Basics,” will cover the three most important keys to establishing a successful customer loyalty program. Mr. Clopton will also discuss how recent developments are changing how loyalty programs are impacting small businesses. Examples from real merchants and creative ways to connect with customers will also be a part of the presentation.
